ImageMagick is installed, but PHP's open_basedir restriction prevents Gallery from using it

ImageMagick is installed, but PHP's open_basedir restriction prevents Gallery from using it

Checked phpinfo and open_base has no value.
open_basedir no value

Along with that, I updated the path located at admin->settings->advanced -> gallery graphics_toolkit_path

To /usr/bin and /usr/bin/convert but the error remains.

All help is appreciated, thank you.

PHP 5.2 and ImageMagick is compiled.

I copy the "convert" file to <webfolder>/bin and add the path to graphics_toolkit_path. My Apache has no rights on /usr/bin.
