First time, help

Hi, I have my site att one.com

I have put the gallery3 folder with all in it on the webserver at one.com
Then I run it...

Can't find that database!

We were able to connect to your MySQL server, yay! But the database name you gave us doesn't exist and we don't have permissions to create it for you. Please create the database manually, then go back and try again.

How to solve this problem, what do I need to do?

How to create it manually then?
I have access to my mySql by phpMyAdmin...

Do I create a emty table named gallery3?

Or do I need to change something else in my gallery3 files?
