Hello all,
I've been running Gallery2 (details below) for a long time, and was interested in moving to Gallery3. According to the official site, it is easy (http://codex.galleryproject.org/Gallery3:Upgrading), however, I also see some people running into some tough issues (e.g. http://www.nightfall.net/2011/08/09/gallery2-to-gallery3-not-so-easy/ but that's a very old post) and I really don't want to spend the time exporting and importing, etc.
Is there a known version of Gallery2 that upgrades fine to a specific version of Gallery3 that has been well tested?
Please point me to any RTFM or links if I missed them.
