approvalqueue not working galler 3.0.9

Tried to install approvalqueue but nothing happends, any ideas ?

So it was working and not working when you upgraded to 3.09?

I have only run 3.09 no upgrade. Can not see the upload in theside menu even that I followed install onstructions

Can you get to example.com/gallery3/index.php/admin/Approvalqueue with your browser?

I cannot reproduce 'not working'

I'm using 3.0.9 with no problems with this module.
