You need to have a better explanation.
Perhaps the http://codex.galleryproject.org/Gallery3:Modules:edit_tinymce is what your after.

I would use the code block module. You will need to add your JS/PHP code to the blocks view file.

Hi The TinyMCE module works well but only for administrators. Is there any way to enable the option for all gallery users to use the TinyMCE editor?

Please test with the attached replacing the existing (renaming without the .txt extension) and report back.

Hi Thanks for the reply, I renamed the old file
edit_tinymce_event.php.old and replaced it the new (renamed) file you attached,
With my test user account on my test site , I logged out then in again and the new option for Edit this album with RT editor does now appear in the top tab menu
but whenever I click it I get

I guess it will take a bit more coding to accomplish.
