[SOLVED] Error when installing Server Add module

When I try to install the Server Add module into G 3.0.9, I get an error message saying "An error occurred while installing the Server Add module"

Any idea of how to fix this?
==UPDATE: I had to re-install G3 for other reasons and the module worked this time. The only thing I did differently is when I created the SQL database, I created a database user that had all permissions. Previously I the db user account only had UPDATE/ADD/DELETE/INSERT. Maybe one of the others is necessary for adding modules?
