Request: Support for .VP3 file format

I'm hoping someone could add support for .VP3 files.

These are files used by embroidery machines.

I ask because my wife has 300,000 or so of them and wants to make it possible to view them on the web. I have not been able to find any app that will do that. Gallery seemed like it could do the job as long as it supports the file format.
