serveradd without being an admin?

hi all,

I would like to find out if I can
use the "serveradd" module without
having to be an administrator.
I'd like to be able assign users and have
them be able to use the serveradd module.

please let me know.

Perhaps http://codex.galleryproject.org/Gallery3:Modules:folder_sync is a better option. It is a bit more automatic once it is setup.
