[SOLVED] Watermarks Broken/Missing

Somehow in the process of moving things around my watermarks have broken. I checked the location I believe them to be and they are there (although they are listed like 'watermark_png' instead of 'watermark.png' but that seems right?). In the Watermarks Admin page it shows all four watermarks and their names but the photos of the watermarks are broken images. I attempted to transfer watermarks I know are working over from a backup into the location but the problem persists. I would suspect, in theory, I could reload the images through the Watermarks admin but then I will lose the records of what is already watermarked and all 28,000 of my photos are using one of the 4 (not all the same one or that would be easy enough). It seems I'm not the only one that has had this problem before:

However her fix was simply to remove the watermark and that is just not an option for me.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Update:

After trying multiple different things (no real aim, just trying anything that might help) the images and watermarks now load correctly. They can be removed and added without problem.

HOWEVER, I still get broken image icons in all watermark administration pages. In the admin page, on the page where I add the watermarks to a new album/photo, etc. It will add it and display it correctly on the photo itself, it just shows broken in the admin pages. I completely uninstalled and deleted the watermarks module and reinstalled brand new from the gallery download (not my own backup, a fresh install of the module) and it didn't change a thing. I tried deleting the watermarks and replacing them which also did nothing. I'm completely at a loss.

Any ideas at all?

Ok, I have absolutely no idea what I did as I've been trying everything under the sun, but it's FIXED. Hooray!!!!

I hope no one else runs across the frustrating problem as I'm certainly no help to them.
