Can't Find Upload Location..

I have uploaded before on Gallery 3.. but for some reason I can't seem to find the upload location, and it is driving me crazy.
Also once in awhile the website wont even load for our employees..

For the upload issue are you using the server add module?

There isn't an add anything on it.. and last week there was an "add photos" button where I just clicked and I added a lot of photographs.. now there is nothing.. and I dont know how to upload anything onto the gallery.

Do you see a 'home' button on the menu?
Are you logged in?
Do you see any javascript errors, as the menu is hidden by default and is shown after the page loads.

This is what I see. And under all of the tabs there is no "upload" anything.

Well, your Home button is there at the top-left like floridave was asking about. Just a thought - but in that screenshot, you are inside the Preston album. What happens if you go up to the root Gallery album (my first guess is you don't have Add/Edit permission in the Preston album).

I have access to everything. I am the top editor of our gallery...
If I go to the root album of the gallery - it crashes.

Yeah.. every time I hit the home button - my whole web link crashes.

Going to http://gallery3.eastbrookhomes.com/index.php/search?q=preston I get a server connection error.
Ask you host if there is anything in the logs
Create a phpinfo file in the same directory and see if you can access that.

There is no upload option on the search results page anyway.
