Getting the list of photos from a php site

Well, perhaps this question has been solved before but I didn't find the solution among the forum.
So, I would like to have into my php site, the list of all the photos of an album. For example, I would like to have into my site, a combo box with the name of the photos which are on the gallery and when I choose the photo in the combo, the gallery will be opened in another window.
Is it possible ?
