Non Registered Users - Guest Viewing?

Is there a way to stop all but "Registered" users to do anything but maybe view pictures? The best thing for our use would be to not let anyone but "Registered" users to see anything. Is this possible? We want to use Gallery3 for art submissions and ratings to our art gallery and really don't want it open to the public. Any help with this will be appreciated! registered users are a group so give them the permissions and remove the everybody group.
