Module edit: ProofSheet to include Descriptions, Line Wrap

It's been a few years, but I managed to dust off my 2010 desired edits to shadlaws' "ProofSheet" module.

The only file I made changes to was the controller, proofsheet.php. My latest version is attached, as I recall from the Module's forum page that others wanted this kind of function as well.

I added descriptions and, after consulting fpdf docs, changed Cell to MultiCell and tweaked the formatting of the Title (Caption) of the thumbnails, since MultiCell doesn't appear to support linking like Cell does. I imagine having title as Cell with a link followed by a MultiCell description would be a good thing, but for sharing PDFs with external partners, I'll likely be disabling the link to the album itself as well, so this isn't as high a priority. What I hope to be adding soon is a "PDF generated on %date%" in the footer.
