Installing and Integrating in wordpress

Hello Friends ,
I have Seen in a wordpress website using Gallery . i am very much interested in installing in my wordpress website also... but as i am new i am unable to find how to install and integrating in wordpress can u guys give me a help for developing of my website and kindly provide me documentations and help

Is Gallery3 can be integrated to wordpress ?
