Random Picture block just displays text

I've got the random block to work, if you enter the link into Internet Explorer it all comes up fine.

I've created a block, called it "Random Photo" and entered the link. Instead of displaying the picture it just displays the actual link text.

You can see it on the right at http://www.readingbedding.net

Am I do something stupid?

Did you copy the Random Block.php to your (gallery/pnblocks) directory, per the read me instructions? If you didyou don't need the url, when you create the block the Module is gallery, the name is gallery_random, and it should work.

I used the one located here

I uploaded block-random.php into my gallery directory, modified the index.php and themesidebox as per instructions.

The final step says:
