Transfering gallery to a new host + using xoops instead of p

Hello people.... hope you can help me!
Version of Gallery = v1.3-cvs-rc1
Firstly, i would like to transfer my website to a new host, can someone tell me what files are actually needed to be moved over

Secondly, how would i go about setting up gallery to be run in xoops

1. Upgrade to 1.3.1 if you care at all about security.
2. There's a "Backup and Restore" section in the User Guide
3. There's a XOOPs patch in the User Guide.
