New in this version:

Customizable styles, headers and footers so that you can embed Gallery inside an existing website seamlessly.
mod_rewrite is optional. If your system does not have it, we'll use the longer (more unsightly) urls...but it'll still work.
users and album permissions! You can now create a user database for the gallery and give permissions on a per album basis to specific users. For example, you can allow a single user to add captions to a specific album!
