Disabling comments

I do not want to allow people to post comments about an image via "add comments" feature. How do I disable this function?

Go to your album [properties] and turn off public commenting.

I'm sorry.....where exactly do you do this....is this a function under album admin? I don't see anything called this?

1) Login as admin
2) Click on album
3) Click [properties] in top-right
4) Find the 'Allow Comments' (that's not a direct quote, but it will be something similar) and set it to no

ok....that's for a new album. I had already created album....doesn't seem to be a way to shut off after??

(1) Log in as admin
(2) Click on the album you want to change
(3) Click on properties
(4) At the bottom, there is an option, "Allow public commenting for photos in this album?"

That oughta do it. I'm looking at it right now... Hope this helps, if not let me know...

Got...wasn't actually opening the album. You have to open album 1st. Duhh!
