I just upgraded to 1.4.1 and had issues with Joerg's random block. I down loaded the latest version of the block and tried to add it and now and seeing this (see attachment). When I click on view blocks to try and delete the random block I get what you see when you go to www.rudolphfamily.net. There are no links to administer the site,etc. In other words all the links are gone.

Move your gallery_random.php out of the pnblocks/ directory temporarily, then turn off the broken block.
