Installations problem

First time installed the gallery everything was working fine but it won't upload any images. I should have stick with this error stupid me. Somebody suggested to do the whole installations again. I did like five times and did all secure mode like creating empty config.php and .htaccess files and double checked my file permission, but everytime it brings me back to Configuaration page after installation page i don't know why? If somebody would like to look at this issues i can e-mail you my password and user name for ftp server please help me. |

) First of all, I may be able to help you with just the address of your gallery...Also, please give more details. Apache version, PHP version, any errors, anything you have a feeling may be the problem?

If you can't change the permissions of a file/directory, you cannot install gallery. Your FTP server won't let you change file permissions--that strange, especially when they let you use PHP...
If you do find out how/if you can change file permissions, chmod the config.php file in the main gallery directory 0666. Also, create the albums directory somewhere that is accessible via the web and chmod it 0777

Ok sorry for confusion
I have and can change the file permission to all folder/files.
But when you go through the installation process its ask for to create a album folder and than in than albums folder it create a .users folder and in the .htaccess file etc only this file i am unable to change the file permission don't know why?
