Random Photo Block giving big problems.

I tried to puy the Random photo Block a few breaks under my calendar on the main gallery page and to also have it appear throughout my gallery. It continued giving me tons of errors. Here is the script that I have blocked out until i can get it corrected.

#<?php include('/home/daryl/gallery/block-random.php'); ?> <br><br>

I have block-random.php in my /gallery directory. Any suggestions?

Oh yeah, here was one of the errors
Parse error: parse error, unexpected '<' in /home/daryl/gallery/html_wrap/wrapper.footer on line 51
