Only one place to download???

I can't believe there's only one bloody place from which to download the language packs, Sourceforge, and that they are down for eight hours at the very time that I finally think I'm going to be able to finally get this thing configured! You have no idea what I've been through already to get to this point, and now this is just too much. I have a hard time believing that sourceforge has no mirror sites!!?? What's up with that? Aaarrrgghhh.
