Alignment problem using frames - 1.4.1-pl1

I couldn't find a report of this elswhere, please forgive me if I missed it.

Here is my problem. If I set my gallery to use either the "dots" or "solid" frame around individual pictures the pictures end up aligning to the left when I view my gallery using Firebird. Looks fine on IE. I couldn't figure it out looking at the code, so I figured I would post here.

Funny thing is, the pictures are centered with any of the other frames.
