We had a gallery last year but it went down in December. I havnt been very proactive about it until now & would like to get the gallery back up onto the web. Would you still have the photos or are they now lost forever?
Gallery doesn't store your photos for you - they are on whatever server you originally had your photo gallery installed on. Are you sure this is the software you used?

anthearama, I'm very sorry to hear this. The way Gallery works is that the images are stored on the server you install Gallery on, not on any central service we offer.
We have no way of tracking and keeping the pictures users of the Gallery software uploads to their sites.

The Gallery "motto" is Your photos on your website. We don't keep any records of your photos (we can't, and we wouldn't want to if we could). If you can't find them, we really definately can't. Sorry
