Pull-down "Admin Options" revert to links

Not sure when this was changed, but the "Admin Options" pulldown replaced a series of links depending upon permissions.

Well I set most of my galleries so that anyone can upload without having to log on. I've gotten SO MUCH e-mail from people because they don't see any place to add their photos. It must be strange to see the pulldown that says "Admin Options" when a user isn't even logged in! I sure wouldn't think to look there.

The old version spelled out the link "Add Photo".
