Language Packs

The language packs are a great feature, but atm are hard to use. I know it is the best interest of bandwidth to seperate them into indevidual languages, but I have a hard time diserning which language is which (coming from an english background) Also when I have 15 possible languages it that i want to use it is a pain to download them all indevidually for each update. Would it be possible to bundle them up, if not one big tar then at least a few geographical tars, like EU wester EU asia, N/S america etc. Thanks
