Hi,

This problem occurred virtually over night. :o I have a gallery hosted on a server on which I have no direct access to the installation directory. My problem is that suddenly I began to get "Unable to make thumbnail(0)" errors. My host's Tech support looked into it and said it worked fine for them. I deleted the gallery and reinstalled it (using their VDeck Admin System) and the problem persisted. I read the FAQ Gallery:c.31 but this appears to address this if it is a server issue ... not a client issue.

The funny thing is ... it ONLY happens when I use my laptop computer (Dell Inspiron with XPPro). It happens on the LAN, over wireless, from home or work, and and whether I use the Gallery Remote Java application, the experimental Windows XP Publishing Agent or directly from the gallery itself.

It does not happen when I use another Windows computer or My Mac OSX machine.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can look for on my laptop to resolve this? My laptop is my main computer.

Thanks in advance.
