Watermar subdirectories

Hallo I would have the following suggestion to watermarking function:

The watermarking function should (optionaly) watermark all images in all the subdirectories of the watermarked album. Right now I have to dive into each particular subdirectory (running hundreds of them) and watermark manually.

I have just played with the new watermarking function for couple of minutes and seemes to me that watermark is "hard" printed to the image instead of "soft" printed only when user view the picture. In case the watermark is really changing the original picture I think its a shame, I would need sometimes to be able to turn the function off and have clean original pictures. Right now I watermark 1 copyright, than want to replace it by a new one, but instead of replace I see them overlapping as if the first one has been written to the source file already, a bit dangerous.
