2 Configuration error Questions from a newbie...

If the directory for NetPBM is not CHmod'ed yet (waiting for host), will I still get the error:

Error: Could not find http:// www.pitbullpets.com/gallery/netPBM/pnmtojpeg

The file is definitely there and path is good Is this probably an error just because of permissions?

Actual path I get from test PhP is:
W:\Webspace\resadmin\*****\pitbullpets.com\www\gallery\netpbm

that looks nothing like the actual path... The WWW thing is only in the FTP, no where else. Don't know exactly why the host puts it there for FTP, nothing else sees it.

Also, Configuration wizard wont recognize the path to my album. I even used a very basic path for trouble shooting.

"Error: Directory C:/albums does not exist. Please create it."

C:/albums isn't there locally, it would be C:\albums locally

It appears to want "/" instead of "\" which would denote a URL addy? I even tried it as a URL addy, and it didn't want that either.

Thank you for help with my newbie question. I greatly appreciate any assistance.
