Email I just sent to:j.holzapfel@web.de -------------------------
yooo!

First of all, thank you for creating your Random Block!

I am just giving you the heads up on and issue:

I am using .55a, with 1.4.3 (soon 1.4.3 pl-1). I have an album with 3 sub albums. When I try to use your block with this album, I get this, randomly:

ERROR: requested index [6] out of bounds [3]
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /u/htdocs/greata3/modules/gallery/classes/Album.php on line 1064

(displayed where the block would be on the page)

Is it possible this is a permissions issue? (I have these individual albums permissions for LOGGED-IN users, but the rest of the albums on the site are for EVERYBODY)

Plus, your block will not show the images in the sub albums! :( Can you fix this?

I have no php skill, but am learning.

Check out the site!

Thank you in advance!
Darin

Did you try to delete the block_random.cache file in the albums dir yet? Maybe that helps.

I just deleted it without backing up first. oops. Now the block that was working says "No photo Chosen".

NOW, hwo do I get block_random.cache back?

I'm so stupid.

bandwidth, the cache file is created and regenerated automatically. They get generated upon first run of the block. If yours is not, then your problem lyes elsewhere.

Personally I have had nothing but problems with block integration and Gallery 1.4.3. So I have stuck with 1.4.2. I know I'm not helping much doing that, but I'm kind of attached to my two Gallery blocks.
