Hello. First off, is it possible to add images to the Gallery that are hosted in remote locations? Like, I add image http://www.my-site.com/images/bird.jpg then it automatically makes the thumbnail that it saves on my server, but uses the remote location (http://www.my-site.com/images/bird.jpg) for the main image, which it shows me when I click on the thumbnail. Also, is it possible for people to VOTE instead of COMMENT, or the ability to do both, but not mixed in same event (like you have to write a comment to enter your vote). What's more, five images that have received the highest votes will be displayed in the main page with thumbnails, and the ability to show the main image inside your page but from a remote location. Is all that possible, or is that a good suggestions and you might look forward on making that possible? Thank you. PS. Your Sourceforge thing at the bottom is nothing but pathetic. |

We keep the images locally all the time because Gallery can do many operations like rotate, watermark, etc.. that you can't just modify for remote images. You can mirror images if you have bandwidth issues
Erm, I'm pretty sure you can vote and comment without them intermixing

About the Sourceforge logo, what are you talking about?
