Reducing size of image shown on the Galleries homepage...

Hi,

I'd like to reduce the size of the images displayed on the Gallery homepage for the albums. They are way too big and I can't see any overall 'Gallery' configuration area that would allow me to change this setting...is there one?

I would also like to have multiple columns as mentioned by Chemaster - it would be very useful if the Gallery homepage looked like (or could be made to look like) the albums pages.
