sticky albums/photos which stay at front of album

Feature I'd like to see -- the ability to make an album or photo "sticky", in the same way that topics on this forum can be sticky, so that they stay at the top of the album, so that even if you normally add new photos to the beginning of the album, you can have subalbums stay visable on the first page.
