Dropping the gallery a line or two

I've got a marquee that runs right to left when you open the home page. It is just below the top header.

If I turn off the marquee...I have the gallery, If I leave the marquee on I lose the Gallery.

I'm thinking I just need to drop the Gallery a line or two, and it will probably be fine.

Could someone tell me how and where I might do that?

Hello. Can you post a sample link, or your marquee code? Where exactly have you placed the code?
