"could not open lock file" error

	(I tried a search for the error message I got, but I didn't see anything useful...) Upon first logging into my Gallery installation, and then when trying to add pictures (via the Form), I get this error "Error Could not open lock file (/var/www/html/gallery/albums/china/photos.dat.lock)!" That file exists, with rw-r--r-- permissions, but is 0 bytes. Do I need to change the permissions on it? Should it not be empty?
