"Error: Error 1 getting EXIF data junk2" on WinX

I didn't use to get this error:
"Error: Error 1 getting EXIF data
junk2"
when I tried to view exif data, but now I do. This occurs for all galleries. Anyone have a fix for this?

Operating system: Windows XP, SP1
