Warnings after successful install???

I'm trying to install v1.3.1. After running the setup wizard (and everything was fine with no errors), I chmoded files to what they should be as listed in the readme and got this:

When I try and access the gallery, it seems to go to the right page it just has several warnings at the top:

It also won't let me log in as admin...or anything

Any ideas would be very appreciated.

I thought I had checked the faqs before posting. I must have missed this one somehow. :smile:
