Photo in sideblock...Click to Gallery and the photo in sideb

Probably said it in the subject. I'd like to have a graphic in a sideblock with hyperlink when users click on picture to open the Gallery. I would like for the picture in the sideblock to cycle like the slide show, or on in some fashion. If the user stays on the site a while I'd like to show the user a changing picture on a continual basis. I don't want to hard code the pictures into a graphic like an animated gif.

Id like the pictures to come from the Gallery albums. It would be nice to select the album I choose as the admin, but it may not be a biggie.
