phpBB and PostgreSQL integration

I installed Gallery yesterday, and tried to integrate it with my phpBB, but I ran into problems because the integration provided together with gallery only supports MySQL database.

So I made a modification for the Database.php in /classes/database to make it work with Postgresql.
