capture date problem

I am trying to use remote gallery or anything really to upload some photos into my gallery. It all works but I want the capture date. Gallery seems to insert its own capture date.

I want to be able to enter a capture date while I am uploading the photo. Is this at all possible?

The capture date is part of the EXIF headers of each image. That's what Gallery uses.

What do I need running serverside to get the EXIM Headers working. I uploaded some photos from a digital camera but it didn't put the proper capture date in. It was the same as the upload date.

LORDs_diakonos, you need to have JHEAD installed and configured in Gallery on the server. More info in the docs.
