1.4.4 upgrade problem

HI,
I UPGRADE FROM1.4.3 TO 1.4.4
HERE IS WHAT I DID:
PLEASE TELL ME WHAT I DID WRONG:
PUT GALLERY IN CONFIG MODE
UP LOAD NEW FILE VIA FTP OVER THE CURRENT GALLERY DIR
BUT WHEN I TRIED TO RUN THE CONFIG WIZ HERE IS WHAT I GOT:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare selectoptions() (previously declared in /home/photomax/.panel/web/gallery/util.php:285) in /home/photomax/.panel/web/gallery/lib/Form.php on line 70

bentr7040, some of your files probably didn't get overwritten during the upgrade. Try again and make sure all files are overwritten in the process.

here is now what i got when i click the link to the gallery.
Does it suppose to bring me directly to the config wiz?

Same issue again it seems. Try again, and this time, delete everything in the Gallery folder except .htaccess, config.php and any modified files in html_wrap/ - Then transfer again.

By doing that ,will all the albums in my previous gallery be gone?

bentr7040, no. As long as you keep your albums dir, all users/pictures/comments etc. are safe.
