Hello everyone. I can configure Mambo 4.5 and Gallery 1.4.4 separately with no problems. However, I'm at a loss at where to begin using Gallery in Mambo. I checked the documentation, and I did see set up instructions for phpnuke. I tried some similar concepts inside Mambo with no luck.
Can someone please help me get moving here?
Thank you,

One more thing... I've been trying to follow these directions, but not having any luck:
You will need to install the gallery component:
Installation:
- Install Gallery >=1.4.3 (note that there is popup in the the Gallery Configuration
Wizard to indicate if you will be using Gallery in a standalone or embeded installation.
Select "Standalone" or "Mambo" as desired.
- Install the Gallery component as follows:
- Go to the Mambo component Managment and "install" Gallery as a Mambo component.
Enter the directory that has the gallery.xml file in it
(eg. /home/mysite/public_html/gallery/contrib/mambo)
- Go into the component/gallery backend and fill in the location of the gallery component
(eg. /home/mysite/public_html/gallery)
- Specify the minimum Mambo admin level required to gain editor access to the gallery
- Then add the Gallery component as URL at the place you want.
I changed the install directory to match my scheme, but still no luck. Thanks!

I set up gallery for inline use in mambo. I tried the standalone URL für gallery, and it worked.
Are there any problems when i use gallery using the standalone link, altought i put gallery in embedded mode ? my gallery dir is not under the mambo dir.
Thanks
