What are Gallery 2.0 new features?

Hi!

I am new here, so I apologise if this has been answered before. I am currently running phpBB2.0.1 and have recently installed Gallery. I've only found out about the mod to intergrate both of them together just a few minutes ago. To the developers of Gallery, phpBB and the intergration mod, a big Thank You!

I am interested in knowing more about the new version of Gallery, whether the albums are more customisable, if it's easier to create new templates without too much coding etc...

Subblue Design has an interesting gallery project going on. Is Gallery going to have some of the features seen over at Subblue's site? Here's the link: http://www.subblue.com/gallery/

Again, thank you goes out the developers of Gallery. There'll be a donation as soon as I can get some projects coming in (I am currently unemployed :???: )

You might try reading the documents in the <A HREF="http://gallery.sourceforge.net/wiki.php?page=Development%20Documents" TARGET="_blank">Dev Documents</A> section of the Gallery Site.

You might also want to search the <A HREF="http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=gallery-users&r=1&w=2" TARGET="_blank">Gallery-Users</A> mailing list archives.

I just checked up on the previously posted link to the subMedia script. That gallery is beautiful, has every feature and works in a way I love. Shame they haven't released it and the project has died! :smile:
I can't wait to see G2, hopefully it will be more impressive. Not long now I hope :smile:
