"unable to make thumbnail (0)" when using ImageMag

I've set up Gallery correctly and got it to work using NetPBM.
But when I switch to ImageMagick it gives me an "unable to make thumbnail (0)" error.

Apache error log returns this:
[error] PHP Notice: Undefined variable: GALLERY_BASEDIR in x:webservgalleryalbums.php on line 30

Any help would be totally appreciated.
