Mass Keyword Edit? / Make Keywords from Captions?

Trying to find a way to either mass edit keywords for images OR make mass keywords from the image caption. Prefer to make them from captions but either would work 8) |

Log in as admin
Go to the album you want to edit
use the main drop down menu to edit captions.
You can manage many images at one this way.
If you are looking at coding this. not a clue. ;)

Yeah I've already setup captions for everything
I'm wanting to find a way to copy all the captions to keywords.
...
Actually after doing some searches on my site it looks like the search function searches captions as well... I don't really see much benefit for keywords now

I want to use dynamic keyword albums so I'm interested in a solution to the original question. Is there a way to add keywords to several photos en masse? Where are keywords stored in the system?
Note: I'm really using Gallery 2, not Gallery1
