Feature: allowing logged in users to modify own comments

Having the option for allowing logged in users to modifing their own comments.

I was wondering if anybody ever looked into this or requested this feature,
but i think it would nicely complement the entire comments system for people using gallery as a 'photolog'

I do this on my site using the stats.php addition by myriagon ( http://070.freetekno.nl/pictures/stats.php?type=comments )

It would be great to see this feature added, if not, no problem
