Suggestion: allow html tags in captions in upload form

I recently uploaded several photos using the standard upload form [i usually use iPhotoToGallery to upload], and did the captioning at the same time. When I was done with my upload, I noticed none of the captions had any of the links I had put in them. I had to go back and re-create all the links for each caption with html in them.

Could it be possible to give the upload form the ability to embed links/basic HTML in the captioning feature like the caption editing mode does?
