Add 'properties' to dropdown menu of sub album

When you have a listing of subalbums, you get a variety of options of how to edit them, but one thing you don't get is the 'properties' item. Since I am editing the album summary and the album description/caption of every album (yeah... yay.), it would be conveinant to not have to go into the album each time I just want to change the album summary.

Is this difficult? Any particular reason it wasn't added in the first place?
