Running Gallery in UBB Threads

I want to run gallery so it uses the UBB Threads log in system(meaning gallery would not require anyone to register to post albums etc....And so people do not have to register for 2 different things...My website is based on threads and I use there log on system for certain sections...Should I disable stand alone? If so what setting should I set it too?
