Help with install, Warning messages

After I upload all the files and change the appropriate permissions, when I go to my gallery website I see lines stating:

Warning: GLOBAL variable decleration meaningless in main() scope in /www/htdocs/i10media/gallery/index.php on line 37

The last line states:
Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function foreach() in init.php on line 24

Can somebody help me!

It looks like you're using a very old version of PHP. You need to upgrade.
